Terms of Service
The rules that govern your use of TagIn.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use TagIn.
2. Who we are
TagIn is operated by Kayease Global Solutions LLP.
3. Eligibility
You must be 13 or older to use TagIn. By signing up you confirm the phone number is yours and the information you provide is accurate.
4. Your account
You're responsible for activity under your account, including keeping your MPIN secret. Notify us at support@tagin.app if you suspect compromise.
5. Acceptable use
- No harassment, hate speech, or violence.
- No spam, scams, or impersonation.
- No illegal content. Uploads must be content you own or have rights to share.
- Respect other players' privacy — don't share phone numbers, photos, or chat off-platform without consent.
6. User content
You retain ownership of what you post. You grant us a license to host, display, and distribute that content inside TagIn for the purpose of running the service.
7. Events & venues
Hosts are responsible for venue bookings, safety, and any monetary collection from participants. TagIn is not a party to any venue rental or payment between users.
8. Suspension & appeals
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can appeal a suspension from inside the app or by emailing support; reviews complete within five business days.
9. Disclaimers
TagIn is provided "as is". Sport carries risk; you participate at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kayease Global Solutions LLP disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kayease Global Solutions LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of TagIn.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the registered address of Kayease Global Solutions LLP have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes are notified in-app. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance.
