Privacy Policy

1. Overview

TagIn is operated by Kayease Global Solutions LLP ("we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you use the TagIn mobile app and our websites, how we use it, and the controls you have.

2. Information we collect

• Account data: phone number, name, profile photo, sports, skill level, gender (optional), date of birth (optional).
• Activity data: events you host or join, squads you belong to, venues you bookmark, ratings you give and receive.
• Communication data: chat messages and message attachments sent inside event/squad threads.
• Device data: push notification tokens, app version, OS, IP (for security and rate-limiting).
• Location data: approximate location to surface nearby events. You can disable this in OS settings.

3. How we use it

We use your data to operate TagIn — to match you with relevant events, run squads, deliver notifications, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Moderation & safety: to enforce our Community Guidelines and respond to reports, our trained moderators and administrators may review the content of chat threads — including private event and squad chats — even when they are not participants. We do this only for safety, support, operating the service, and legal purposes, and we never make your private conversations public.

4. Sharing

We don't sell your personal data. We share limited data with service providers (push notifications, hosting, analytics) under contract. We disclose data to law enforcement only when legally compelled.

5. Retention & deletion

You can delete your account from inside the app at any time. After deletion, your identifiable data is wiped; we retain anonymised event records that other users depend on, and audit metadata required by regulators. See Account Deletion for details.

6. Children

TagIn is not for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

7. Security

We hash MPINs, transmit traffic over HTTPS, and isolate uploads. No system is 100% secure — report vulnerabilities to support@tagin.app.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data, and to withdraw consent. Email support@tagin.app from your registered address.
