Delete your TagIn account

From inside the app

1. Open TagIn.
2. Tap Profile → Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
4. Enter your MPIN to confirm.

Once confirmed, your phone number, name, photos, location, and chat history are wiped from our systems.

Can't sign in?

If your account is suspended, you lost your phone, or you can't open the app, email support@tagin.app from any address you used to sign up. Include your phone number so we can find the account. We'll confirm deletion within five business days.

What we keep after deletion

• An anonymised record of events you hosted, so other participants' history is preserved.
• Audit metadata required by Indian regulators (account id, deletion timestamp).
